We have dozens of sports to choose from, so we’re sure to have the perfect one for you, no matter what you’re into.
All our sports sessions are created for 4-12-year olds with a wide range of abilities. Our incredible coaches bring each sport to life with games and activities whilst helping to build skills and confidence in each child.
Kicking the session off with an ice breaker gives everyone a chance to get to know each other, and feel welcomed – every child is included.
To prepare for the session ahead, everyone completes a quick warm-up and stretches. This helps the body get ready for movement.
Before we get into the main activity of the session, we need to bring the focus back in, getting children ready for learning and fun.
After focusing, it’s then time for the main activity of the session. This could include activities like skill training, games, and demonstrations.
Near the end of the session, we all take part in some gentle exercise. This starts to cool the body down, getting everyone ready to go home.
To finish the session, we encourage children to reflect on what they’ve learned, and what they would like to do in future sessions.
