Premier Education and Transcend Awards are giving the gift of health this Christmas.
Our immune boosting qualification will give your child the knowledge they need to #boost their wellbeing and immunity during Winter and beyond! Together with Transcend, we’ve made access to workbooks FREE to our customers.
To support children’s wellness during the current pandemic, we have worked with Transcend Awards to develop an easy to follow programme which teaches children all about boosting their immune system along with understanding physical, mental, emotional, social and lifestyle wellness.
This programme encourages participants to take ownership of their daily activities which support their wellbeing.
Who is this course for?
The Transcend Level 1 Certificate in Immune System Boosting is for primary school children aged 7-11 years old.
How much does it cost?
Your child can work through the programme at their own pace FOR FREE and enjoy learning about their immune system, how to boost it and how to improve their all around wellness.
If you would like to submit their workbooks to gain an official regulated qualification, the fee is £27.50 + VAT
What will your child learn?
They will learn all about boosting their immune system along with understanding physical, mental, emotional, social and lifestyle wellness. Our short video provides further information.
What will your child need to do?
Create their own wellbeing programme
In a nutshell, they will need to plan their own wellbeing programme using the forms we provide here. We have made a handy How to Guide which gives clear and easy to follow instructions and examples.
To create their wellbeing programme, your child will need to think about the following:
- what exercise they want to do on a daily basis
- what time they will go to bed
- which relaxing activities they will do
- how much water they will drink
- when they will do their homework
- what they will do to be sociable
- how much screen time they will have
- how they can help keep their living environment clean
Track their progress
On a daily basis, they will need to record whether they completed the tasks they had planned to do.
Submit their work to gain a regulated qualification
If you wish to make things official after the four weeks have been completed, you will be required to submit your child’s work for review.
Children who successfully complete their programme and submit it for accreditation will receive a certificate and a voucher for a Premier Education Holiday Camp!
