Childcare voucher facilities depend on the specific venue - the full eligibility and instructions will be given for each course. After you receive a confirmation email of the booking, the details will be forwarded to your local area office who will contact you with the details needed to release the payment.
With Premier Education, Flexi Booking allows you to cancel your booking after the 14-day statutory period, giving you a full refund for the remainder of the booking (minus the cost of the insurance). This does not include selected dates if the event is an extracurricular club which is bookable via the half term or terms sessions. A refund will be issued if the bookings for these events are ‘day by day’ bookings. If the booking is for a holiday event, then we can arrange for the date to be amended to an alternative during the same holiday period at the same venue.
Absolutely, simply book through the Premier Education website as normal and at the payment stage you will only have to pay for the remaining sessions. If a booking is made on the same day that the course is taking place, please ensure that the school is aware.
Unfortunately, as Premier Education do not have the details of the classes your child is in, this is not possible. You will need to advise their teacher that they will be attending so that school staff can ensure that they make their way to the school hall with their PE kit. After the session, you will be able to collect your child from outside the hall.
We ask that all children attending a Premier Education Holiday Camp come with a suitable PE kit, including trainers and shin pads for sports. Please also bring a full lunchbox, with plenty of fruit and water to keep them fuelled and hydrated for the whole session. In the Summer months, please ensure that you pack high factor sun cream to use throughout the day.Note: Please do not pack any items containing nuts, as other children attending may have severe nut allergies.
