Eligibility
The incentive and prize draw are open to state-funded and independent primary schools located in the United Kingdom.
Entries must be submitted on behalf of a school by an authorised member of staff.
Only one completed survey entry per school is permitted. Multiple submissions from the same school will not increase the chances of receiving an incentive or winning the prize draw.
Free Entry
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
Survey Period
The survey opens on Tuesday 10 March and closes at 11:59pm on 7 April.
£25 Voucher Incentive (First 20 Schools)
The first 20 eligible schools to complete the survey in full will each receive one £25 Amazon voucher for school use.
Eligibility for the first 20 incentive will be determined based on the recorded submission timestamp generated by the survey platform.
Only fully completed surveys submitted within the survey period will qualify.
In the event of identical timestamps, the promoter’s decision will be final.
£500 Prize Draw
All eligible schools that complete the survey in full before 11:59pm on 7 April will be entered into a free prize draw to win one £500 Amazon voucher for school use.
The winner will be selected at random on 30 April using a documented random selection process.
Notification
The winning school will be notified using the contact details provided in the survey.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Voucher Conditions
Vouchers are issued to the school for school use only.
Vouchers are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
Acceptance of vouchers must comply with the school’s own gift and acceptance policies.
Use of Data
Survey responses will be analysed in aggregate for research and service improvement purposes.
Individual school responses will not be published.
Where contact details are provided and opt-in consent is given, the promoter may contact the school for a short follow-up interview.
General
The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the incentive or prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
The promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the incentive and prize draw is final.
