Training

We have a competitive package, including 14 months of structured training on sales, marketing, business planning, finances and more. You’ll be guided through the training by our best-in-class franchisees who will share their experiences with you.

Over the years we have shaped what is classed as excellent delivery, based on Ofsted standards that are acceptable in schools. Premier Education staff work to Premier Operating Standards (POS), which go above and beyond the industry requirement.

In fact, within our group of businesses, Transcend Awards – which is an Ofqual regulated Awarding Organisation– actually writes CIMSPA, (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) accredited qualifications for our industry, driving both our own and the wider industry standards.

Each one of our staff are evaluated to these standards and individual training plans are developed post evaluation to ensure that continuous individual development is ongoing as we strive for excellence.

When you are ready, you can sign up to one of our Discovery Days, held at our Head Office. This is a one-on-one opportunity for you to learn more about Premier Education and meet the team at HQ who keep pushing Premier Education forwards.
