Premier Education Multi Skills is a course created to develop valuable and transferable movement skills. There are certain movement patterns and abilities which are useful in nearly every sport, and that’s exactly what these sessions will hone.

The skills worked on in this course include agility, balance, co-ordination, spatial awareness, throwing and catching. Whilst these are incredibly important aspects of so many sports, they are rarely trained on their own.

Premier Education Multi Skills uses a selection of games, activities and exercises which help work the skills in a fun and sociable way. Every child comes away with improved skills, but isn’t made to feel like they’re working hard to gain them.
