These terms apply to the Premier Education £1 Million Summer Golden Ticket promotion. By redeeming a Golden Ticket code you accept these terms, alongside our standard booking terms and privacy policy.
1.1 The promotion is run by Premier Sports Limited and it’s network of franchisees. Premier Sports Limited trades as Premier Education, company number 03774725, registered office The Old Apple Store, Shropham, Norfolk, NR17 1EJ (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 Each Golden Ticket carries a unique code worth £34 credit towards one Premier Holiday Club day during the summer 2026 holidays.
1.3 “£1 Million Summer” refers to the total value of all Golden Tickets issued across the country. It is not an amount payable to, or claimable by, any individual. Your entitlement is the £34 credit on your ticket and nothing more.
2.1 The promotion is open to parents and guardians of children eligible to attend a Premier Holiday Club.
2.2 Each code is single-use and tied to one ticket. One code may be used per booking.
2.3 Codes cannot be sold, exchanged or transferred for value. There is no cash alternative.
3.1 The code applies £34 credit against the total of one qualifying booking at the basket.
3.2 At most of our clubs, £34 covers a full Holiday Club day, so the day is free.
3.3 At some locations a Holiday Club day costs more than £34. Where it does, the £34 is deducted and the remaining balance is payable by you. You will always see any balance before you confirm the booking.
3.4 At some locations a Holiday Club day costs less than £34. Where it does, the Holiday Club day will be free, but the code will be consumed. There are no refunds, cash alternatives or second uses for the code.
3.5 The code can only be used against Premier Holiday Club day sessions in summer 2026. It cannot be used against term-time clubs, wraparound care, memberships, merchandise or any other product.
3.6 Extended or wraparound hours, additional days, and any other extras are charged at the standard price and are not covered by the code.
4.1 Book online at premier-education.com.
4.2 Choose a participating Premier Holiday Club and an eligible day, add it to your basket, and enter your unique code at the checkout. £34 will be deducted from your basket total.
4.3 The code applies once, to a single booking. It cannot be reapplied or split across bookings.
5.1 Codes must be redeemed against a booking by 23:59 on 14 August 2026. After that time codes expire and cannot be used.
5.2 The day you book can be any eligible Premier Holiday Club day within the summer 2026 holiday programme, including dates after 14 August, up to the end of the programme before the new school term begins. The 14 August date in clause 5.1 is the deadline for booking, not the deadline for attending.
5.3 Expired, lost, damaged or copied tickets will not be replaced or honoured.
6.1 A booking fee of £1.25 applies to any booking that has a balance to pay after the code is applied.
6.2 Where the code reduces your basket to £0, no booking fee is charged.
7.1 All bookings are subject to availability. Places are limited and must be booked in advance.
7.2 Clubs, dates and session times vary by location and are subject to change. Not every club runs on every date.
7.3 Holiday Clubs are operated by Premier Education and its franchisees. Your booking is fulfilled by the operator of the club you select.
8.1 One code per booking. Codes cannot be combined with each other or with any other offer, discount or promotional code.
8.2 The code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
8.3 The code cannot be applied to bookings already made or paid for. It cannot be used retrospectively.
9.1 Our standard booking and cancellation terms apply to all bookings made using a code. See https://www.premier-education.com/terms-of-service/.
9.2 The £34 credit is not refundable as cash under any circumstances.
9.3 If you cancel a booking made with a code, reinstatement of the code is at our discretion and is not guaranteed, particularly after the expiry date in clause 5.1.
9.4 If the Holiday Club day you have booked with your code is later cancelled, please contact us and you will be offered a new code to use on another Holiday Club day.
9.5 Any balance you paid is refundable only in line with our standard cancellation terms.
10.1 Each code is unique and single-use. Codes that are copied, duplicated, altered, obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these terms will be void.
10.2 We may verify, suspend or cancel any code, and refuse or cancel any booking, where we reasonably suspect fraud, error or misuse.
11.1 We may amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion, or change these terms, at any time where it is reasonable to do so, for example to comply with the law or for operational reasons. Codes already validly redeemed will be honoured.
12.1 To book, you will provide personal information. We process it in line with our privacy policy at https://www.premier-education.com/privacy-policy/.
13.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
13.2 Subject to clause 13.1, we are not liable for any loss arising from a club being unavailable, fully booked, cancelled or rescheduled, or from a code being unusable due to expiry, loss, damage or misuse.
14.1 If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
14.2 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
