You will be allocated a franchisee mentor who will support you for the first 14 months of your business as well as the ongoing support of everyone at head office. You will be invited to attend core training sessions throughout the year to ensure you are kept up to date with exciting delivery and brand developments. You will also receive an invite to our annual National Training Event. Our central support team are available to you via our online business management system.
The initial induction course covers a comprehensive selection of topics including product and orientation, sales, business, finance, delivery, recruitment and marketing. In addition, you will attain a selection of externally accredited activity qualifications. If you are investing in a franchise as a partnership, a second person is eligible for the full training provided, at no extra cost.
